Julie Borgen is a Minnesota native who understands that communication is the key to a thriving relationship with clients.  She has been a full-time, licensed Realtor since 2004, and specializes in Minneapolis and the western suburbs, but she is proud to serve clients all over the metro area, including south of the river.

Julie is a member of the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors, the Council of Residential Specialists, and a graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI).  She is a New Homes Sales Specialist (NHSS), so she is well-versed in both new and existing construction. She is also a licensed Realtor in Wisconsin.

Previously, Julie worked for Edina Realty, where she won several awards for her sales volume. Prior to real estate, she worked for ten years as a television reporter/anchor, mostly at KARE-11 in Golden Valley.

Julie earned her B.A. from St. Olaf College and her M.S. in Broadcast Journalism from Boston University.
